“Yes, I’ve learned a great deal from him,” he said puffing the stogie until it was lit.  “For instance, Alexander Oates has an Army just over that hill in front of the Land-bridge.  The land-bridge is the only way in or out of Teel, where Irith and the others are.  They don’t know about us yet or they don’t care.  

   Irith and his buddies are gonna need our help to escape and draw the army away from Teel.  He says Teel is very sacred and we can’t risk its destruction.”

   Tarth put a fist to his chest.  “We will be the surprise flank!”
