take it because I wasn’t sure it was his.  He assured me it was and told me his name was Jimmy and that he owned our building.  Like I said before, he looked like a bum, so I didn’t believe him.  I politely said goodbye and made my way past him and went home.  The next day was a Saturday and mom was home that day when the doorbell rang.  It was a woman and a man, both were wearing suits, right?  So mom asks them who they are and they say that they’re the lawyers for the new owner of the building and he had been recently cleaning out the basement.  He found a couple of things that he thought I might like and would rather give them to me instead of trashing them.  You do know what a lawyer is, don’t you Kagyra?”
