Paradise City

Irith

   (Aristol-400 years after the Shent occupation)

   Irith awoke in a plushy bed in the Tower of Aristol.  He found and used the shower, shaved and dressed in his newly cleaned armor.  He left the room in search of Botl and found her in the Skyroom.  As usual, she was expecting him.

   “Are you ready, Irith?”

   “Yes,” he said, not knowing if he was being truthful.  It would be a stressful journey and it would end in death for many.  He felt guilty but could see no other way.  It wasn’t one war...
