September 19, 2011. Evening

Lounge 201 doesn't usually get hopping until close to midnight, but it was nearing 10 o'clock by now, so there was a decent chance there'd be enough of a crowd to get answers to at least a few questions. I hoped Damien would be there. He's by far the most forthcoming of Paul's kind.

We discussed our approach on the drive over. You see, I have kind of an unusual status in the vampire community. Although I didn't know it when Paul and I first met, some vampires develop relationships with warlocks, especially powerful ones.
