Have you ever heard a ghoul scream?

Probably not, and even if you have, I doubt you knew what it was. A ghoul's hunting scream is similar to a hunting leopard's: more of a cough than a scream.

But a ghoul screaming in terror for its life? Even I had never heard that one before today.

I was walking home from a client meeting. The setting sun was just touching the horizon, and I was enjoying the surge of energy brought on by the switch from day to night. My thoughts were mostly occupied by my meeting, where I thought I had finally convinced one of my team members to step up his game and start selling at the level we both wanted.
