The first fifteen minutes of the trip back were filled with a rehash of what had happened and some speculation as to what would happen next. Then the adrenalin surge started to wear off and it grew uncomfortably quiet.

She gave a hesitating nod and then cocked her head a little and shrugged. “I don’t know. Still processing.”
