“Git up, git up, git up,” Molly told her mistress as she drew aside the curtains in Elizabeth’s room and kicked the head of her bed. “’Tis almos’ noon it is and ‘ere you are still in bed like your lazy daughter - no offense a’course, mum.” 

Elizabeth pulled the covers from over her head and groaned, “Why do you always come barging into my room if I’m not up by the crack of dawn, Molly?” 

“I’ll ‘ave you know me ol’ Wilf likes when I come to check on ‘im each morning. ‘E always say the earlier the better ‘cause ‘e loves me!” 

“And also because ol’ Wilf generally soils the bed before you get up!”
