    While it formed and took figure the man seemed to be rising upward from a crouched position, and as the apparition had appeared within that path of moonlight upon the floor it gave the eerie impression of a corpse emerging from its grave. She would have run from the room in a panic but the ghost was between her and the door, and before she could calm herself long enough to figure a way around it she instead began to recognize it.
    The face of the man was forming into somebody that she once knew, and that somebody was her father!
