Too hot. Everyone’s angry because it’s hot and school is going to start. Sometimes you have to realize when it’s a good idea not to go to your “mind palace.” I had thought about taking a break. A hard break. Don’t follow the lights, don’t go into the light, keep the door to Narnia shut. There is idea jotting. You get a spark, a scene, a line, a picture. I can jot. Craft. Draw.
