Chapter 44

                Markus waited until all the team had quieted and were seated.  Rachel Grauolino had commented on his suit when he first arrived in the office and how commanding he looked. Genevieve Hudson had simply smiled knowingly when he entered the conference room. The men had not commented.

                Rachel and Genevieve sat at the desks in the front row while Matt Bridle and Sean Masters sat at the back. Detective Sergeant Rodney Hurst was in a middle row, by himself. He was busy doodling or writing something on a pad.
