Bryan opened the door. He ushered her in, taking her umbrella and placing it beside the door. “Hello,” he said, “you may want to have a quick shower and get out of those wet things.”

“Thanks,” she said, “That would be great.”

He guided her to the bathroom and then returned to the lounge where he was watching the news on the large television screen. The house was on the market and the owners were currently in Turkey visiting relatives. He loved this about his job, having access to properties day and night.
