Markus had called a meeting to discuss the findings of the surveillance team. They had now managed to take photographs of the four men who had dated the murdered women. They also had audio and they had tracked each for a few days. The budget didn’t allow for round the clock surveillance for more than that.

The team was gathered in a conference room in the offices of the NSW Police Homicide Squad. Apart from the core team of Rodney Hurst, Matt Bridle, Sean Masters, Genevieve Hudson and Rachel Grauollino there were three others. James Webber was a short compact man who was in charge of recording the conversations and he had prepared a report on the discussions Rachel had with each of the suspects.
