It’s official. Bob is a star and Castle Bailey Library is on the map. We thought we came close when we got the TV gardener to come and launch our courtyard garden, but we’re now Next Level.

Since I got that call from the research assistant for “Nationwide” I’ve been firmly in denial about her request for Bob and I to feature on national TV. I’ve watched the show, now and then, as my parents enjoy it. They film in every corner of the country about community events, fundraising appeals, people with amazing stories to tell, obscure history of tiny places but they never came to where I lived. I believed “Nationwide” actually translated as “Nationwide Except for Where Nina Lives”.

Not anymore.

I expected the production to need lots of accommodation...
