I realize that in telling you about Colgan and his dad, I haven’t said much at all about me. My name is Peter Judson Campbell, but I’ve gone by PJ my whole life, most of which has been spent in Alabama. 

Some would say I’ve also been disabled my whole life, though I see what people who have real problems go through and I laugh at anyone who thinks I’m disabled. One of my legs is just shorter than the other, that’s all. It apparently all happened in the womb, something about the way the ligaments developed in my right ankle. Sure, it kept me from playing football or other sports, but it’s never hindered any basic life function.
