The moon was still full, it had to have been the last in the cycle before it would began to dim and the last night Alex would be able to look upon that very same full moon. It was the moon's fourth day, odd that it was a day longer than usual as if it had granted him a little extra time to make since of it all. His life had changed right before his eyes, yet he never noticed until it was complete. For his entire life all he fought for was vengeance, and never realized that all he wanted to peace not only among his people, but peace in his heart. The lost of his father had left a void which he worked so tirelessly to fill.

     I'll never truly find peace until the day I die. The very words he told Kaiya the first time they had met. Now...
