produce tent that wasn’t too crowded. She paused at one table to pick through some peaches while Rich sampled some cherries. She paid for the peaches and then they moved on to the next stand. They both selected their strawberries and paid for their purchases.

“I’m really sorry to have wasted your time,” Rich said. “I know you probably weren’t looking to spend your morning walking around the farmer’s market with an old man. I guess I need to change my profile picture. I’m new at the whole dating thing,” he admitted.

“I’m new, too,” Beth said.
