ROSIE

It was the first public event I was attending as Mrs. Pike and feeling nervous was an understatement. The event was a charity banquet at a very expensive hotel. Of course my father in law made sure I was dressed appropriately. In the car I still couldn't help myself from gently stroking the dress. It was beautiful alright and not at all something I'd usually wear. I couldn't even afford one arm of the dress not even considering the whole thing.

Mr. Pike was arriving on his own and I was stuck with Sam. It wouldn't have been so bad. After all the other night we managed to have a conversation without killing each other. But yet somehow Sam reverted back to his normal self and pushed me away again.
