CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Paisley couldn’t believe it had been a month already since she moved back in with Rori. She had a job and even though sometimes she hated it, it was worth it. And she was paying rent which she was sure made Rori happy. Now they were thinking about adopting a stray cat who’s been lurking around the apartment building for weeks now. Paisley kissed Rori when she dropped her off at her job.
