CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Paisley had been home for a week and she already felt like going crazy. It wasn't the same as it used to be. She was glad to be around her parents again but they weren’t Rori. She hadn't been in contact with Rori since she left. She missed her but she tried not to think about it. She tried hanging out with her friends again but they just annoyed her with their silly antics. Strange thing is everything felt unfamiliar at home and it felt like she had left what was familiar at Rori's.

"What's wrong, Paisley?" her mother asked. "You've been so down lately. You're not yourself."

She didn't even know what herself was anymore.
