Paisley stood outside her house and stared down at the porch, her face contorted in unbelief. On the porch was a sports bag and a letter. Paisley opened the letter first. She crumbled it after she read it in anger. She ripped open the sports bag and like she expected the contents were her belongings. Well, most of them. She searched for the key to the house that was always under the rug. But it was gone. She walked around the house trying to find an open window. But it was locked.
