DESTINY

I came down the stairs when it was around dinner. I wanted to see if I could help Liam with anything. When I stood on the last steps I saw Liam and Chloe in the living room. Liam was getting Chloe into her winter jacket.

“Are you going out?” I asked confused.

“We’re going to Murphy’s,” Chloe said excited.

Murphy’s was an old restaurant that had been around for years. They served the best Texan style food and I remember eating there once with my grandmother when I was a little kid. Back when things weren’t as terrible as they later became.
