DESTINY

Liam ended up coming to get me. I was packing my things before he arrived, throwing in clothes carelessly. I was in a hurry. I didn’t want my pimp boyfriend who I lived with to realize that I was gone. I was a bit embarrassed for where I lived but grateful that this pastor who was obviously from a better neighbourhood didn’t seem to judge me for it.

He took me to his home and when we entered his house we were greeted by a little girl, who I assumed was his daughter. The girl was really cute. I never liked to admit it but I really loved kids. I had three younger sisters and I basically raised them because of my mother being mostly out of the picture. The girl reminded me of my youngest sister. I suddenly missed her.

The girl, Chloe, showed me to my room.
