I couldn’t help noticing the young woman as I walked into the hospital ward towards my next patient visitation. A young girl who had cancer was in the ward in room B5 and I knew her family well. I heard the young woman begging the matron for a job and I felt sorry for her. I always felt a need to help others. If only I could help her. I wondered if I knew anyone at church that would be willing to give her a job.

And then it hit me.

Just as she was about to walk away I called out to her and she turned around and stopped. She looked about twenty five - twenty six. Her eyes were bright and full, a greyish blue mixed with green. She had an oval face with high cheekbones, yet somehow still soft and feminine. She had soft full light pink lips and dark creamy omb...
