One of my friends, Dante, took off his jacket. The same jacket we all owned and had on.

The basketball team.

“A long legged creature with no brain” one of the girls in our class once called us.

We were standing in the hallway talking about our coach’s antics when a group of girls walked by.

Dante called out,

“Looking good there, girls.”

They turned to look at us and smiled before walking away.

 “Damn, Bianca is fine af,” Jordan said.

“You can say that again,” Liam said. “I’d tap that any day.”

“Alex? What do you say? Would you take her for a spin?” Dante said grinning widely and they all laughed.
