Shawn’s sister, Robin, contacted him the night after I stupidly embarrassed myself at his work. I still couldn’t believe I was stupid enough to go all the way there just to take him his lunch. He must have thought I was crazy. I’ll have to remind myself not to do stupid things like that again. In fact, I still don’t really know why I did it. 

Robin told us she needed to work late.

“Because you guys are a married couple now and are going to have a baby it will be good practice for you anyway to babysit. I need someone to look after Becky and Bethany for tonight. Can I count on you?”

We agreed obviously and she dropped the two girls off before heading to work.
