Kathryn was not happy that George decided to take a last minute train trip to Cleveland for an important meeting. Of course, George only knew about the meeting. He figured that by showing up unannounced, Jimmy Steel could not avoid it. He did not want to take the chance of Billy’s efforts leaking out and Jimmy putting two and two together. He called ahead to make sure that Jimmy was in the office on the day he arrived, but that was as far as he took it.

Cleveland was a dreary and dirty city in the winter months. The lake increased snowfall and the city practically shut down, unable to keep up with the removal. It always seemed like a gray overcast covered the city. Whenever George heard someone say to “stick it where the sun don’t shine”, he thought of Cleveland, Ohio.
