Larry and Nittix sat under a large tenet on a beach.  Nearby a young Tawg chased two large moth-like creatures across the sand in a game of tag.

Between Larry and Nittix was a small game table, and hovering over the table was the holographic image of two creatures running through a castle courtyard.  One creature was a giant spider and the other resembled a Sasquatch with chocolate brown fur.

“Hopeless,” Larry muttered.  “Just like the last ones.”

Nittix rose up from his seat and hovered over the hologram.

“I’m not so sure, Larry.  You and I were not so different from them,” he replied.  “Open the gate.”
