Chapter 31

I pulled up in front of Andre’s house at around 16:00, according to the digital clock on the dashboard of the Honda.  I had listened to the radio on the way there, a local station, and had discovered that it was in fact a Thursday and that the exact date was the 26th of March, 2012.  The house was quiet, all the doors and windows were closed, and so I shut off the engine and stepped out of the car to take a closer look.  It was possible that Andre was still at the University, which meant he wouldn’t be home for another hour or so, or even more sinister was that he may still be missing after they took him from the Kei Bridge service station in December a few months ago.  I had to make sure though, either way.  I opened th...
