“I am sure some plastic surgeons and perhaps a good orthodontist, in my reality, could help him,” said Donna. “With braces and a nose job, he probably would not look all that bad.”

“Different types of healers? I can always suggest it to him, but I doubt he cares about his looks now. He is happy, has plenty of friends, is married to a nice lady, and they have three children.”
