One day when Miss Casey left to go to the grocery store and run a few errands, two boys were walking down the road and saw her leave.  These two boys were the local trouble makers.  As usual, they were looking for some mischief to get into, because they were bored.

     Jake winked at his friend Jed and said "Isn't that the lady that had some kittens a while back?"  Jed grinned and replied "Yeah, let's go grab a cat and have some fun!"

     They walked up to the house.  Keno was curled up on a chair on the porch awaiting Miss Casey's return.  Sophie was ot of sight, but was lying in the tall grass just off the porch.  Naturally, Lucky and Sally were out of sight when the boys approached the house.<...
