CHAPTER 36

Bradley was shaking in the doorway.  She wanted Mark to go with her, leave whatever animal had gotten into the boathouse alone.  She watched him walk with the baseball bat, until he paused, stunned at what he had found. He finally crouched down behind the boat.  

“Mark, what is it?”  

“Bradley, I need you to go back to the house and get Phil.”  

She shook her head.  “No…what? My sister is there and everyone in the house saw the video.  I can’t go back there....
