CHAPTER 19

It was reminiscent of the night before, but this time Bradley refused to get in the car.  Tommy was trailing in his car behind her as she walked from Brody’s house.  The sky was dark grey and in the distance lightening raced towards the ground.  She stared at the map on the GPS in her phone and shook her head in disgust.  She was thirteen point two miles to the church where she left her car.  She would be lucky to get there in four hours in this weather. 

“Please get in the car,” echoed Tommy every few minutes.
