Kristin took a sip of her pulp-free orange juice and rested her feet on the gray painted wooden coffee table in front of the black leather couch.  It was after eleven in the morning and Phil still had not called or texted.  Kristin’s patience was wearing thin with every minute that ticked on.  Phil was completely sober last night.  There was no logical reason why he hadn’t already contacted her.
