Simple Sweet Salad with Honey and Mustard Dressing
 

I'm proud of this one. It's a salad that I had put together one weekend, when having a barbecue with my family. Although it's a savoury recipe, it possesses a certain succulent sweetness about it as well.

Preparation time; 20 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients

60g mixed, salad leaves, washed
1 green pepper, de seeded and sliced
1 medium carrot, grated
Handful of grapes, halved
1 tablespoon sweetcorn

For the dressing;

1 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of clear honey
1 1/2 heaped teaspoons of Dijon mustard
