The white and black horse was practically dancing with excitement as Kaira tried to block Lance’s strike. “Come on Birjanji, this is important.”

“I am sorry Kaira,” her horse replied. “I will try to contain myself and focus.” He stiffened his legs and darted to the left, taking Kaira out of the reach of the knight’s wooden sword.
