The computer keys clicked skillfully under the long, slender fingers of one Harold Stratton as he tried to finish off his report before lunch. The charcoal grey buttons went down and came up with such rapid succession that they had a sort of rhythm; a beat that he was all too familiar with. He looked over the edge of his cubicle at the large clock with the even larger numbers that sat over the elevator doors. Ten minutes to one. He stared at those numbers for a while. The style of the clock reminded him of the ones that they had when he was in high school - the numbers so large they could be read from a mile...
