            In the coming weeks, things began to calm down at the weekly distributions. There were less incidents of name calling or pushing and shoving, and what was more, everybody seemed to be getting enough food to take back with them. The colonies that came seemed to be in good health; all of them looked clean, and the process was moving faster than it ever had before. After a while, though, Bruce began to notice something....
