Color Has A Voice

Next time you look -HEAR color

Please remember it speaks

It’s as loud as the tear gas hissing

Loud as a nation mourning

Loud as metal bullets ricocheting

Loud as rubber bullets pelting flesh

It echoes like the batons on bones

Beating sense into a senseless law with no order

Where are the ears to LISTEN?

Eyes need to rest

All flesh has a voice

All flesh has color

Can you hear the colors speaking?

No abstract wanton thing
