The way I danced when my heart was full

The rhythm filled me until I overflowed

Every care

I didn’t care

I was knee deep in joy up to my elbows

Kicking up my heels

Flapping my arms

Taking sips of high spirits

Doing good and no harm

He smelled divine

I held on to my mind

But the rest of my heart I let it go
