Only turned my face

But I knew you were there even when I didn't engage

I took for granted your understanding

Reckless reasoning, I guess

That no other place you had to be

Abandon

That's a heavy word on the scales of truth

Besides, there's always two sides to see

You decided to move not me

 And when I turned and looked back 

I never left you, you left me.
