side of the planet but in the beginning they had all been excited to go. It was a great opportunity at a cool new theme park. They had always been so close to each other, it didn’t seem right for Jack to move alone. 

At first, they didn’t expect the long hours that Jack spent at the park. Everyone, including Jack, thought he’d be living at home and heading into work every morning. When the Operations Chief told Jack he had to live onsite for security reason but they had all adjusted. Then, the visits slowed to a stop. Long phone conversations turned into only occasional phone calls that got shorter and shorter. They were only communicating by emails by the time they got the bad news.
