Theresa

Canoeing turned out to be a lot of fun.  After a counselor taught them to name the parts of a boat (bow, stern, port, starboard), they put on some life jackets and headed out onto the lake in a drizzle.  The mountains reflected in the water and Theresa and Randi were left alone to chat. 

“We need some kind of plan,” said Randi after they figured out how to make the canoe go straight.  “What if Drake comes after you again tonight?”

“I could say I have my period.  That always grosses guys out,” said Theresa with a grim smile.

“That’s pretty good,” Randi chuckled.  “What about the girls in your cabin, though?”

“I don’t know,” Theresa slumped into the canoe, leaving...
