Kate

Cary Grant was usually one of Kate’s favourite actors, but tonight, her family drama overshadowed the one in the movie.  She noticed Sybille get up to go to the bathroom, only to sit by their mother instead.  Kate bit her nails throughout the show and cast glances at her sister, trying to figure out what she was thinking. 

Now she was alone in her room, wishing to sleep, but she kept remembering her sister’s fidgety movements during the film.  She thought about seeing her sister with Lucas on the sidewalk.  They looked more like the couple in the movie than she and Lucas ever would.

Could Sybille still be seeing Lucas?  How was this possible after finding out he had slept with Kate?  Kate couldn’t imagine ever doing the same thin...
