Mallory

Mallory had no luck tracking down Adam after her run-in with Grant.  She desperately wanted answers to the many questions in her head, but she wouldn’t phone Adam’s house.  If only Theresa were home! 

Mallory worked her shift at the restaurant and made only ten dollars in tips.  She went home to shower and then decided to stick around to see what her mother wanted to speak to them about. 

Jeffrey was out of the house for once and Mallory decided to help out with supper by making a salad.  She began to wash and slice apples, cherries, mangoes and plums.  Mallory loved mangoes and couldn’t help herself from chewing on the pit after she’d carved off most of the juicy flesh.  Little bits of stringy mango got stuck bet...
