CHANNILLO
Tachycardia
By Brendan Burrow

Series Description:

It's a hectic world. From every angle of your life, there is seemingly every reason to worry, complain, fight, call out, or ignore. The power of "no" and "not my problem" is strong. It's seemingly easier to put on blinders, put one foot in front of the other, and keep to yourself.

This series is an encouragement to the spirit of edification, identifying the dubious and cliches, and hopefully guide you to a path of confidence. There are no magic buttons or catchy phrases to make life perfect. Progress, however, is an attainable goal for any of us.

With a lifetime of travel and wisdom-producing failures, I explore the most controversial of topics and dirtiest avenues to discuss what is healthiest to the heart and the head. From stories about immigration to politicking, from loneliness in D.C. to wild parties in Vegas, there is much to learn you probably never realized you didn't know.

read. research. stay interested.

Category/Genre(s): Essays/Columns, Adult Fiction, Short Stories, Nonfiction

With all thankfulness, indebtedness, and respect to my humble California beginnings, this series is dedicated to my Hoosier friends, my Hoosier triplets, and the greatest Hoosier wife, without whom I would be lost. Thank God I’m not the man I used to be.
