Real talk.  Something me, my friends and family say when we want the listener to know that we are about to be honest and serious about something.  Why is it that we need to do that?  Shouldn’t all conversations be that way by default?  When I first joined Channillo I did so with a burning desire to get out all the things piling up inside my brain that I was unwilling to share with anyone who knew me, and too poor to pay a professional to listen to.  Enter My Darkness was born and a cathartic process and routine began to emerge.  From time to time they have had to knock on my computer screen through email and remind me that:
