I reached the point where I felt like God was asking me in my spirit, “Will you trust Me until the money absolutely runs out?” He had been faithful—more than faithful—to meet our needs in the past, and I didn’t see why He would ruin his perfect track record. Plus, like Peter in John 6:68, I didn’t know to whom else I would turn. So I answered that yes, I would trust Him even if our money absolutely ran out.
