A luxurious den, like a Pasha’s palace
They awoke to a breeze from feather fans, softly caressing their faces. Two nubile maidens, dressed in scanty outfits of gold and jewels, batted their eyelashes and flashed coquettish smiles at Nate and Quentin. Nearby, a lithesome youth in a golden scarf and silk pantaloons, flirted with Mrs. Woods. She looked at him in disgust. “Honey,” she said, “get a job.”
  Sitting opposite Nate and Quentin was Milton, dressed in a blue business suit. “Slept well, I trust?” he said, realizing they were awake.
“As well as can be expected” Nate said sarcastically, gesturing towards his hands, bound in golden cord.
