The hotel car park had been largely vacated. Most of the guests had left already, the management had been advised not to take on any new ones for the next few days, and a little digging had revealed that Cabot had meddled to ensure the place was reserved for the wedding party for the rest of the week, which had prompted investigations over the hotel manager and all the receptionists. The rest of the staff had been encouraged to go ahead with their chores until the departure of the lasts guests in the afternoon, after which they would be on forced leave while the place was thoroughly combed in search of clues.
