courts have recognized the principle of freedom of speech as applying to all forms of ex-pression as well as types of content. It therefore applies to freedom of the press and freedom to make a political speech. The courts determined that freedom of speech includes the right to receive information and to react to it; the right to speak and to listen as well as to demonstrate.
